Popplet is an online concept mapping program you can use to help students connect ideas and link concepts covered in the course material. Popplet's can be made by teachers to highlight key ideas, or the teacher can have the students make a popplet to help make connections. imovie is a user friendly, movie-making software that comes loaded onto any Apple computer. You can use this software to piece together video clips, photos, text, and sound to create personalized videos for your classroom. During a high school science experiment have students take videos and photos of their project and have them piece their media together in iphoto for a class presentation.
